A charge is made for handling the sale or re-mortgage of properties as per the schedule below:

Information pack responding to solicitors enquiries

     £125 plus VAT

Transfer following sale (including member / share

certificate and Deed of Covenant)   

     £175 plus VAT

Supply copy of member / share certificate.

      £  50 plus VAT

Remortgage notice of charge

      £125 plus VAT
